Ingredients:

6 Slices of PANE TURANO BREAD
2 cups stemmed and loosely packed arugula
6 tbs. of prepackaged olive paste
12 thin slices of prosciutto
1/2 lb. of sliced provolone cheese (preferably smoked)

Prosciutto and Provolone Panini

Directions:

1. Lightly toast the sliced PANE TURANO BREAD (or you can use a panini press instead after sandwich is assembled.)
2. Evenly spread the olive paste of each slice of the toasted bread.
3. Arrange arugula on top of the olive paste and layer with the prociutto and provolone.
4. Top with a second slice of bread and enjoy!
