Directions:
1. Heavily butter a 9 by 13 inch shallow casserole dish.
2. Cube PANE TURANO BREAD and place in casserole dish.
3. Combine cream, eggs, and maple syrup in a separate bowl and beat until smooth. Pour over the bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
4. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.. Bake 30 minutes or until puffed and lightly browned.
5. To prepare sauce: Sautee berries over medium heat in butter until tender. Add maple syrup and bring to a boil.
6. Reduce heat and simmer until thick about 5 minutes.
7. Pour over the French toast and serve at once.
