Artisan Bread Baker
Hands on Bread Baker with basic knowledge of ingredients and recipes, trained in mixing, scaling, proofing, scoring, and working with starters and sponges. Machine knowledge must consist of mixers, dividers, sheeters, molders and proof box.

Maintenance Mechanic
Experienced in all phases of production mechanics from trouble shooting, fabrication, electrical, mechanical and pneumatics.

Local Route Sales
Service both Foodservice and Retail markets via direct-store-delivery (DSD). Manage day-to-day needs of each customer while developing and maintaining strong customer relationships.
